A $300 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.

Cancellation policy: HomeAway also offers an inexpensive cancellation insurance. If cancelled, there is a charge of 30% of the full rental fee. Anything less than 120 days is as follows: If your dates are re-booked there is a 30% charge of the full rental fee. No refund if the time is not re-booked. If less than 30 days, there is no refund given.
