Residence on the Avenue is located on the North Shore of Chicago. Built in 1928 this beautiful blonde brick and lime stone building has been lovingly renovated in 2007. Keeping in mind the period in which it was built but adding a modern design to the open floor plans. There are two vacation rentals to choose from. Our two bedroom, two bath garden unit or our 3 bedroom, two bath unit on the second floor of this magnificent four flat.
There is a front boxwood garden surrounded by a wrought iron fence. Also in the back yard you can enjoy the private fenced garden from either the patio or the second floor unit back porch.
The interiors both feature Italian marble fireplaces, custom kitchen cabinetry and stainless appliances. There are hardwood floors through out and Italian marble bathroom floors. There are washer/dryers in both of the units.
